Winemaker and founder of Buona Notte, Graham Markel, worked with many acclaimed Oregon wineries before setting off on his own to bring the joy he finds in making wine to the people drinking it. He loves the Gorge for making wine because of its many microclimates and opportunities for experimenting with different grape varieties and it is his mission to make great wine that pairs perfectly with good food. Gratuity included in ticket price.
