Latino Fest
Central Oregon Latino Fest returns with music, dance, cultural and community resource booths, savory food, and activities for kids. A parade will precede the event. At 11am, the festival presents six hours of local talent and speakers on the park stage, including the band Los Cumbiamberos from Eugene.
