Italian Wine Club Dinner with Chef Rocky & Chef Candy
Menu: Focaccia / tomato jam, onion marmalade, garlic ricotta and caprese salad / “Caramellos” (stuffed pasta shaped like candy) filled with spinach, goat cheese / Roasted halibut Livornese, heirloom tomatoes, capers, olives / Vanilla panna cotta with strawberry and star anise gelee and rosemary pignoli biscotti.
