Pranayama translates to prana—life force energy/breath and yama—control/restraint. Your breath is the glue, or layer between, your mind and body. Practice commonly used foundational pranayama techniques such as Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana and more to invigorate/soothe the nervous system and notice its effects on the body. All levels encouraged.
